   Ingredients:

250gr Meat

Breadcrumbs

1 Egg

2 slice Cheddar

Salt

Pepper

1 Bun

Lettuce

Mayonnaise

Ketchup

   Preparation:

  1. Mix the beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
  2. Form the patties and grill them for 25 min at 430°F/220°C.
  3. Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of jelly.
  4. Add the peanut butter and jelly on top of the patties and lay some slices of cheddar.
  5. Warm until cheddar melts.
  6. On  a bun lay some mayonnaise, lettuce and put the burger on top, cover with some ketchup!
  7. Enjoy!
