2 slice Cheddar
- Mix the beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper.
- Form the patties and grill them for 25 min at 430°F/220°C.
- Mix in a bowl 1 tbsp of peanut butter and 1 tbsp of jelly.
- Add the peanut butter and jelly on top of the patties and lay some slices of cheddar.
- Warm until cheddar melts.
- On a bun lay some mayonnaise, lettuce and put the burger on top, cover with some ketchup!
