6 Eggs

150 gr Caster sugar

150 gr Flour

1 pinch of Salt

1 tbsp of Vanilla extract

10 gr  Baking powder


  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.
  2. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until the egg white is stiff.
  3. In a bowl add the flower with the baking powder
  4. Fold slowly the egg whites in the egg yolks.
  5. Add the flower slowly.
  6. Bake for 25 min at 350°F/180°C.
  7. Cut it in half.
  8. Add half of the buttercream in the middle.
  9. And with the other half cover the cake.
  10. Sprinkle some macaroons and meringue on top.
  11. Enjoy!



400gr Butter

800 Icing sugar


  1. Beat the butter for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add the icing in stages and beat in between.
  3. For some fun play with some food coloring.
