  Leek and cheese Bomb:

 Ingredients:

Puff Pastry

100gr Leek

50gr Cheese

2tbsp Cream cheese

 Preparation:

  1. Mix the leek with the grated cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Fill the squares of pastry with it.
  3. Make a bomb and bake it in a cupcake tin for 25 min at 350°F/180°C

  Bacon Bomb:
